As an associate counsellor (volunteer) in ResiL!ence @ SHINE, you will be tasked to provide counselling for youths aged 12 to 25 with mental health concerns. This includes identifying areas of concern and equipping them with prosocial coping strategies to manage their distress.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 to 1 counselling for youths with mental health concerns to help them overcome challenges and make positive changes - Case conceptualization and documentation - May be engaged for support in youth mental health talks, workshops and roadshows.

Requirements

Role Requirements:
Certified from a SAC-recognised Graduate Diploma or Masters in Counselling Equipped with knowledge and skills to provide counselling and case conceptualisation. Candidates with prior or existing experience working with youths will be preferred.
Date & Time:
Preferred availability to be between Monday to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
