Volunteers will be involved in curating a mental health advocacy workshop for volunteers at Taman Jurong Youth Network. Workshop content encompasses knowledge with regards to mental health literacy, as well as coping strategies to maintain and support wellness.

About the Programme & Service Users :
Project Esprit is a student initiated adhoc project, focusing on mental health advocacy for youths through increasing mental health literacy and knowledge. Working alongside ResiL!ence, the team would be planning for a capacity building session for other volunteers working with children and youth, in relation to their goal.
