About the Programme & Service Users :
Happy Hour is a monthly youth engagement programme for youth aged 13-21 years old, providing them a healthy social space to bond and connect. There will be standard entertainment available and selected hyped activity in each of all sessions. This programme is run on a monthly basis (excluding breaks).
