About the Programme & Service Users :
ResiL!ence is the youth mental health service of SHINE Children and Youth services and we provide a range of programmes for youths aged 12 and 25 years with mental health needs. Find out more here: https://www.shine.org.sg/resilience Project C^2 is a pilot initiative that harnesses co-production to enable and empower youth service users to co-design and co-produce mental health services for younger service users, alongside volunteers and staff. The longer term goal would be to empower youths to be assets in the community, tackling issue of social isolation through strengthening their self-esteem, self-efficacy and emotional awareness and management.

Key Responsibilities :
📌 Collect quantitative and qualitative data through various methods. 📌 Assist in interpreting data and identifying key findings. 📌 Assist in drafting evaluation reports, summarizing findings, and making recommendations. 📌 Conduct literature reviews to support the development of evaluation frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

Role Requirements:
Role requirements include but not limited to the following: 📌 Able to engage in basic quantitative statistical analysis (i.e., descriptive profile statistics, inferential statistics such as t-test) 📌 Able to engage in qualitative statistical analysis (i.e., thematic analysis) 📌 Able to present and communicate data effectively through visuals and reports 📌 Able to engage in literature review where needed as part of data analysis, synthesis, and presentation of final recommendations
Date & Time:
Negotiable (depending on workload) On average, around 3 hours/week (August 24- January 25) though negotiable and flexible; Commitment period for at least 6 months (estimated time taken for 1 run of the programme) with task-based assignments around data collection and analysis
